VENUE DETAILS AND CONDITIONS

• ​Guest takes out “event” insurance policy (usually these are $200-300 and I can provide you with our insurance contact; this is a requirement of our insurer)
• Guest pays an extra fee of $4,300 which will cover bagged trash removal, wear and tear on the site and our own insurance
• Guest books a minimum 3 night stay
• Guest rents portable bathrooms, 2 per 50 people for duration of event
• No parking or “signage” is allowed on the street (per local ordinance)
• No fireworks are allowed
• No loud noise, especially after 10 pm (per local ordinance)
• Guests are strongly advised to carpool where possible (if you are having caterers or service providers it will consumer space and also you will not want vehicles in the background of your pictures)
• Service providers will be licensed and insured
• Guest to describe any unusual/out of the ordinary wedding activities and obtain prior approval of host
• No tents to be set up without prior approval (may be an additional fee depending on tent set up).
